I've already posted to the FCBD tribe, but.... Could anyone help me with this? Carolena has explained the significance of a lot of the movements in the moving meditation ie: the space you dance on, your ancestors, your teachers etc.....but I'm not sure I remember an explination of the lotus. In egyptian lore,it stands for creation and rebirth. Is this the cas in the meditation or is there another significance? Thanks!
