Bridging Peace, The Sounds of Israel and Jordan in Perfect Harmony
Birmingham International Center presents a concert by the Intercultural Journeys Ensemble. Intercultural Journeys is a non-profit organization based in Philadephia which is committed to producing performances, master classes, lectures, and other interactions that provide opportunities for musical dialogue and understanding among a variety of cultural traditions. The musical ensemble, assembled by Philadephia Orchestra cellist and Intercultural Journeys founder Udi Bar-David, will perform an exciting combination of traditional music from Israel and Jordan along with newly composed art music that blends Middle Eastern music with Western classical tradition.

Time: 7:00-10:00pm
