I was watching my tribal basics vol.4 and Carolena is doing a shimmy and levels where she is squatting. How do you keep your shimmy when your thigh muscles are tightning up while you are in a squat? Of course she makes it look so easy! But I know it's not!

Sun, September 28, 2008 - 4:58 PMHey Sharon. I think she's still using he knees, and maybe at some point, her obliques. I don't find I'm using my thighs at all really. You should ask Deanna for a demo. Bet she can help you work it out!
